Antique oil portrait painting of a woman.  This painting is an attractive French portrait painting of a woman in a green dress.  The artist has given this painting a depth of detail that is rare, the dress, lace collar with ribbon and cameo are all quite beautiful along with the woman who has a porcelain complexion and a sweet demeanor as well as a Mona Lisa smile!  A wonderful atmospheric piece that deserves centre stage.

Condition:  This painting is in good condition for the age, expect craquelure throughout.  The painting has been relined at some time and there are minor renovations.  The frame is more recent, perhaps mid 20th century and has indentations and losses,particualrly at the corners associated with a vintage piece.
