Vintage oil painting of a delightful mixed floral display on a dark background and signed in the lower right corner, M. Blanco.  This is a very pretty French school oil painting in a heavy vintage gold frame.  It looks older than its age because of the traditional floral layout and the flowers are expertly painted by a well-known 20th century artist.
