Antique Dutch impressionist riverscape/landscape oil painting on wood board in a gilt frame, by Dutch artist, Elias Voet (1868-1940) signed in the lower right corner.  This is a charming late 19th Century oil painting on wood in it's original frame.  Pretty hues of blues and greys fill the sky with an inkling of lilac and in the fore, a lake or marshland edged by a wood.
