Antique oil portrait painting of a man, most likely from the late 18th century.  This painting is an attractive French portrait painting of a man in a black Redingcote with high collar, it's in a faboulously frou frou French heavy gilt frame.  He's charming, handsome, well dressed and tremendously suave, this portrait is one of the best!
