RESERVED -Fabulously atmospheric 1800's antique French oil portrait of a gentleman.  A dandy, he nonchalantly looks out from time with a self-assurance that is distinct and likeable. Brown eyes and stylish hair with a subtle cravat of maroon and green above a starched shirt with gold edged buttons.

Date: Early 1800's
Condition: The painting has seen the ravishes of time but for its age is in relatively good condition.  There is missing paint throughout, see photos and slight thinning of the canvas in places. A few small holes, plenty of craquelure, basically it's a well worn antique, full of charm and you wouldn't want it any other way..
