*THIS PAINTING IS RESERVED* Moody atmospheric oil painting on canvas of a woman.  A wonderful old portrait oil painting that has been relined, cleaned and renovated some time ago.  The portrait is simply stunning with a woman, who's brown hair is tied back.  She wears a red fabric choker, probably silk.  Her frilled white top expertly rendered by the artist and enhanced by the umber and ochre mixed background. It would do well in a frame.
Condition:  This painting is in good condition for the age.  It has been through a renovation.  Relined and on a good quality chassis, the renovator has done an excellent job. However, you should expect imperfections throughout such as minor areas of missing paint.
