Signed: Theodore Charles Ange Coquelin (XIX - XX) He was a painter of flowers and landscapes, he was also a painter at Montmartre in Paris. Many of his paintings have been reproduced as prints. He has art displayed in Bayonne and Tourcoing museums, france.
