Antique portrait of a woman, 1920's French school, signed in the bottom left by French artist, Louis Faille (1878-1964). This is a very attractive old portrait in beautiful natural hues of a woman sitting with head resting on hand.  She wears the fashion of the day a frilled collar dress and sits relaxed for the atist.   A simple but stunningly effection oil portrait, the kind that would look wonderful next to dark furniture.
