Luc Tullat was a female French artist, bor on 26 March 1895, in St-Germain-en-Laye. She was primarily a painter of landscapes and still-lifes. She studied at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris from 1919 to 1925. She exhibited in Paris at the Salon d'Automne, where she was a member from 1946, the Salon des Tuileries and the Salon du Dessin et de la Peinture à l'Eau.
